She values effective client and colleague communications and constantly fosters a team-based approach to patient care.

As a veterinarian for more than 12 years and having completed her training in Canada and the USA, Dr. Holowaychuk has a wide range of intensive care unit (ICU) experiences. Her extensive familiarity with academic environments and enthusiasm for teaching makes Dr. Holowaychuk a well-respected instructor and leader in the ICU.

Because of her assortment of experiences in general, private referral, and academic practice, Dr. Holowaychuk is able to seamlessly join veterinary care teams to assist with patient management and provide the necessary guidance and expertise. She remains composed and professional in all situations and is admired for her ability to remain calm in the often challenging ICU environment.

Dr. Holowaychuk can provide locum (temporary) coverage for critical care specialists in small animal ICUs at private referral or veterinary teaching hospitals.
